Share House with me: - I'm looking for a female to share with, and pefer (friends with privlidge's/benifits ) while sharing the house.
but that is a decision that will have to be made after we meet, And to make sure that it will work I recommend that we spend a few days in the house to see how we get along.  If we decide that it works then & we can talk about how and what we will do next.

I also have the internet but it would have to be updated to a larger plan to have another person use it. I have a fireplace in the house and about 15 ricks of wood cut for the winter. I have new washer and dryer, Ice Box and new gas stove. I have an indoor cat and dog. the cat allows no dogs around her. there is ceiling fans in all bedroom, i use one of the bedrooms as a office for the internet, printer, scanner, fax. the printer can be accessd by the wifi or internet. I am planning to update the wifi to allow to access within a mile around my house, and also updating my cordless phone system to a 1/2 radius and if you have your own phone line you can add your cordless phone on the system to have the same wide area, in other words you use your cordless to go down to the store which is about 1/2 mile away. I am also updating with all new IP cameras for security which can be accessed by the internet or your cell phone, its nice to check on things while your at work or on vacation.
If you are a guy then sharing the house is a no, unless your really have something that can convince me otherwise, just don't need another messy person to make things worse. I require deposit and i do background check first.
